Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Skin Kouture Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Skin Kouture Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available. Pickup orders placed after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed the next business day. Customers will receive a text notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
